Contact options
Fibre to a home
DFA is a wholesale connectivity provider to ISPs, telecommunications operators, and enterprises. In turn, the majority of our customers provide connectivity to end customers at their homes or businesses. We do not provide Internet connectivity packages directly to residents.
Contact your preferred ISP to enquire whether they’d be able to provide you with fibre connectivity using DFA infrastructure. However, single home connections might prove to be too costly.
As a resident, log your interest with our open-access FTTH subsidiary, SA Digital Villages. An even better option would be to get in touch with your residents’ association, body corporate, or board of trustees to approach SA Digital Villages to assess whether a last-mile fibre roll-out to all homes in your complex, apartment block, estate, or suburb will be feasible.
Fibre to a building or office park
If you are a property owner or manager and a building or an office park that you own or manage is located along a DFA fibre route, we might be able to connect it to our network at no cost to you. All requests will be subject to a feasibility analysis. Once your property is connected, the occupants can contact their preferred connectivity providers to give them active connectivity over our fibre network.

Fibre to a business
DFA is a wholesale connectivity provider to ISPs, telecommunications operators, and enterprises. In turn, the majority of our customers provide connectivity to end customers at their homes or businesses.
In many cases, however, it will not be cost-effective to connect individual small business sites. If you are in a larger business area, your best course of action is to involve as many of the other businesses in the area as possible to submit a combined request for multiple connections. If the area is near a DFA fibre route and there is enough interest in fibre connectivity, it will increase the possibility that a fibre rollout in the area would be feasible.
To submit a request as a representative of multiple business owners in a commercial area near a DFA fibre route, fill out the form below:
